Received good that are found to be damaged in transit (delivery), that are faulty when unpackaged or are different to what was ordered
- In these cases, you need to notify us within 5 days of receiving delivery or return to us within 5 days of collecting your item and formally request a refund or replacement by email. For delivered items we will require photographic evidence of the damage or fault. We reserve the right to offer a replacement, credit or refund of the purchase price. If upon receipt of your rug delivery the packaging is damaged, this should be noted on the carriers consignment note, we reserve the right to refuse credit if this procedure isn't followed.
For items are are deemed defective, performing poorly and not up to standard
Please email us within 6 months of purchase, including photographic evidence, a description of the issue and copy of the original invoice. Claims for accidental damage, chemical use, sun damage, fair wear and tear, intensional damage, poor storage, misuse such as staining, failure to follow the care guides on the labels will not be accepted.
Discretionary returns
If the item was a stock item, collected in person, returns will may be accepted within 7 days. Please call us to discuss.
For delivered items and items ordered in for you, we will not accept returns for the following reasons:
Wrong size or colour ordered
Change of mind
Rugs that appear to be deliberately damaged
Multiple rugs ordered by mistake
State of return
All goods must be returned in their original or appropriate packaging, failing which no credit will be issued. If the original packaging is no longer usable heavy duty bin liners taped securely into place will be accepted.
If upon receipt the goods are deemed to not be faulty, damaged or different to the order, we have the option not to issue a credit for the invoiced rug or associated delivery charges or charge a restocking fee of £50.00.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
